Telesys
has set up a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility at Bhiwadi
(Rajasthan) located at a distance of 60 Km from Delhi. This facility
equipped with latest machinery even boasts of the fine capability
of using the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) to manufacture quality
products. With a highly skilled and trained workforce the manufacturing
facility has a proven capability of producing consistence quality
output. The facility is backed by dedicated Research and Development
division that constantly undertakes efforts to upgrade and innovate
the existing product-lines as well as production process in keeping
pace with the corporate philosophy of providing the company's customers
with real value. This corporate philosophy also stands reflected
in the strict Quality Control regime, in force, at the plant.
The company manufactures plants produces various products such as Pagers, Computer peripherals including Mother-boards, SiMM modules, SVGA Cards, etc., Telecommunication equipments such as WLL Phones & Terminal equipment pad PCB for larger telecom switches. The company diversified into Telecom Service Industry in 1995 by firing a joint venture with Netherland PTT called NICE. Later on some of the major Fortune 500 companies such as LG information and communication along with Naray Mobile Inc., & Esquire electronics Inc. jointly SM Telesys is the NICE venture. |

NICE provides paging services in 5 states across India. Using its expertise in providing a 24 x 7 operation of NICE, the Company started a Call Center for US in 1999. SMT is currently
operating a very successful Call Center out of New Delhi & is bringing up a new Call Center Infrastructure at Noida scheduled to be operational in january 2002.

Besides setting up its own Call Center SMT has also tied up with some of the leading Call Center equipments providers to supply equipment to various Call Center Company in India. Nuera Communication Inc., USA, for multiplexers, Amcat Inc., USA, for CRM Software, Viking electronics Inc.,USA, for Monitoring setup, Carrier Access Computer, Inc., for Digital Channel Bank are some of the Company's that SMT today repairs and distributes, services & support. | |
