Q: What is Predictive dialing?
A: Predictive dialing is a system that automatically dials the
telephone for your telemarketers connecting only live voice contacts to them every 7 - 9
seconds. The way our system does this is by 'listening' and filtering out the answering
machines, busy signals, operator intercepts, and other types of non-functional calls. This
process therefore, increases your telemarketing production by doubling the amount of
contacts your telemarketers can make every day.

Q: What is the minimum size system you have?
A: We have found that the predictiveness of the dialer reaches
optimum efficiency beginning with 4 stations and above. Consequently, our systems are
marketed in increments of 4 stations and above.

A: We offer cash, credit card, and leasing through third
party leasing companies such as American Express. A monthly lease based on 5 year with a
1-dollar buy out a lease termination is around $650.00 per month (4 Station turn-key
System).

Q: How difficult is your system to operate?
A: We designed the AMCAT system with
telemarketers and their managers in mind. We employ Windows NT with
a database written in Access. The system is so user friendly that
under normal condition the work agents are operating the system
within a half days training, meaning less down time for your
marketing operations.

Q: What about support after the sale?
A: We have a staff of technicians to answer your technical
questions. Plus we host a Management Enhancement Seminar twice yearly. We invite several
nationally known experts in the fields of Telemarketing Management and Call Center

A: With the AMCAT Windows NT Predictive Dialer,
callbacks are quick and easy with three different assignments options available.
Callback's can be assigned to return to a specific station, to a specific agent, or be
assigned as a pooled callback in which case it would be generally directed to the next
available agent. |
